1. No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed and the product is delivered.
2. Exceptions
Refunds or replacements may only be considered under the following circumstances:
The item is received in a damaged or defective condition.
You report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof.
