Due to the hygienic nature of our products, Hunkana Trades follows a strict no refund and no return policy.

1. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed and the product is delivered.

2. Exceptions

Refunds or replacements may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The item is received in a damaged or defective condition.

  • You report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof.
